He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Wright and Clement Miller, Sr.; his son Stacy Louis Luxon; his siblings, Emmett Miller, Robert Miller, Juanita Miller-Torres, Clement Miller, Jr., Roger Miller, Joanne Miller-Corbin, Elizabeth Miller and Michael Miller; Harold Luxon.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Luxon, Donald Harold, Webster Mahan Luxon, William Paul Luxon and Stephanie Anna Louise Luxon; and his siblings, Donna Holsworth and Glenda Miller. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren.
