He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wilber and Gertrude Wilber (House); his wife Margaret; and his siblings, Jacque (Luella), Joy (Orville) and Hope (Kenneth Graeff).
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Mulligan (Bill) and Connie Rhoades (Jerry); his grandchildren, Michele Witt (John), Penny Doherty (Sean), Shannon Ravenscroft (Eric), Jodi Hanshew, Sean Mulligan (Bryel) and Jill Anderson (Joel); his great grandchildren, Bailey, Rhett Witt, Madeline Doherty, Jaylynn, Taylor, Elle, Tucker Ravenscroft, Jacob, Jiles Hanshew, Mason Mulligan, Isaac (Kelsey) and Ashlyn Anderson; and his brother-in-law James Frohman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
