She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gray and Mabel Gray (Conn); her husband Charles Sharp; and her brothers, Delbert and Little Billy Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Charliss Marshall of Lincoln, NE, Corliss Hassler (Steve) of Emerson, NE, Nancy Wagner (Larry) of Fremont, NE, Jim Sharp (Jill) of Dakota City, NE and Jeremy Grace (Amy); her brother Gary Gray (Gail) of Newcastle, WY; her sister-in-law Doris Sims of Sierra Vista, AZ; and her cousin Phyllis Aller (Randall) of Mitchell, NE. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Wakefield Presbyterian Church in Jo Ann's name.
