He is survived by: his former wife Linda Rupe; his daughters, Linda Michelle and Marsha Annette of Oklahoma City; his former wife Darlene Walton; his sons, Christopher Austin of Missouri and Nicholas Dewayne of Kansas; his wife Cathy of Valentine; his mother Ruth Humphrey (Duncan) of Enid, OK; his siblings, Janice Kent of Enid, Sherry Koehn of Enid, Tammy Humphrey of Enid and Eddie Humphrey of Oklahoma City; his children, Chris Witt (Liz) of Harrison, AR, Cindy Williams (Stephen) of Valentine, Ricky Rhea (Chandra) of Valentine and Josh Rhea (Megan) of Valentine; his grandchildren, Brittany, Caleb, Elizabeth, Emilly, David (Lizz), Mickey, Wambli, Alyviah, Anithia, Grace and Daisy; and his great grandchildren, Naveah, Tavion, Jeremiah, Aiden and Bishop.
