She was predeceased by : her parents, Dale Battershaw and Elsie Battershaw (Scholl); her son Timothy Shane; and her siblings, Marie Kramer, Jim, Jerry, Bob and Bill Battershaw.

She is survived by : her son Joseph Shandrew of Lincoln; and her sisters, Sandy Frey (Don) of Albion and Peggy Baumgarten (Roy) of Tieton, WA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, many cousins, and extended family.
