She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond; her brother Edward Novotny; and her sister-in-law Zelma Novotny. She is survived by : her children, Susan Vanicek and Gerald Vanicek; her sister Norma Novotny; her niece Linda Novotny; and her nephew Brian Novotny (Diana).
