He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Novacek and Arlene Novacek; his parents-in-law, Richard Randa and Mildred Randa; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Robinette and Larry Crosley.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores of Verdigre, Nebraska; his sons, Charles Novacek (Michele) of Sioux Falls and Michael Novacek (Jamie) of Verdigre; his grandchildren, Keegan Charles of Sioux Falls and Reagan Leigh of Verdigre; his sister Cheryl Robinette of Page, Nebraska; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Crosley and Margaret Freiburghouse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
