He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kathy Weber Specht (Leo) of Towner, Alice Fritz of Waco, Charles Cook (Marjorie) of Verdigre, Mary Menter (Paul) of Lincoln, Ruth Cook of Verdigre, Martha Cook of Norfolk, Janet Hollman (Kent) of Grand Island, Rachel Boyer (Steve) of Marengo, Nellie Ristvedt (Nathan) of Utica, James Cook (Lisa) of Verdigre, Patty Cope (Kenny) of Lincoln and Penny Meyer (Brian) of Seward; and his siblings-in-law, Arne Pierce, Larry Pilar and Evelyn Pierce. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
