She is survived by : her parents, Dudley Dale and Carrol Jean Wells (Twombly); her former life partner Alan O'Sullivan; her daughter Amy O'Sullivan; her daughter-in-law Laynea Blanchard of Guthrie Oklahoma; her son Scott O'Sullivan of Wahoo Nebraska; and her siblings, Mark Wells (Nancy) of Axtell Nebraska and Jennifer Wells of Eugene Oregon.
