He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lee Bolls (Foote) and Nathion J Bolls; his sister-in-law Imogene Bolls; and his sibling's children, Laurel Bolls and Jon Stephenson.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Kahland (Martin Kahland Sr.); his grandchildren, Haley Graupner, Martin Kahland Jr. and Nathan Kahland; his siblings, Dr. Nathan J. Bolls and Anna Stephenson (Jack); his siblings' children, Cindy Smith, Robb Stephenson (Carla) and James Stephenson; and his great-nieces, Chelsea, Stephanie and Brandy.
