He was predeceased by : his parents, Aaron Swanson and Mabel Swanson (Lennart); his wife Phyllis Swanson; his son Jeffery Swanson; his son-in-law Jason Racely; and his siblings, Miriam, Stan and LeRoy.
He is survived by : his daughter Claudia Racely of Wayne, NE; his sister Coreen Bard of Wakefield, NE; and his grandchildren, Taylor Racely of Omaha, NE and Stephanie (Tad).
