It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie Gene Weinrich of Wakefield, Nebraska, born in Plainview, Nebraska, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Weinrich and Sarah Weinrich (Wellman); and his close friends, Roger Jensen and Terry Pflueger. He is survived by : his children, Cody Hutchison of College Station, TX, Evelyn Hutchison and Stephanie Hays (Josh) of Wayne, NE; his grandchildren, Cameron and Otto Hays; his daughter Katie Weinrich (Cody Kester) of Clearwater, NE; and his siblings, Bonnie Kumm (Dennis) of Osmond, NE, Colleen Fanta (Bill) of Creighton, NE, Jolene Lengfelder (Chris) of Missouri Valley, IA and Ronnie Weinrich (Deb) of Faulkton, SD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
