It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Criztoval Garivay Sanchez of Walton, Nebraska, born in Lytle, Texas, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Sanchez and Micaela Sanchez; his son Adon; his siblings, Napoleon, Ken, Nene, Gregoria and Jane; and his siblings' children, Rene and Lily.

He is survived by: his wife Naida; his son Criz Jr. (Kayla); his grandchildren, Brock, Chabrie (Neil Rhynalds), Mariah and Cecilia of Lincoln; and his siblings, Hopey Gonzalez (Flavio), Olga, Maria, Carmela Funk (Brad), Jessie (Lupe) and Jose (Valerie). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
