It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrel D. Heier of Wayne, Nebraska, who passed away on June 8, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Heier, Jr. and Lena Heier (Bartling); his parents-in-law, S. E. and A. June Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Jones, David Lebsock, Rowan Wiltse and Shirley Heier.
He is survived by : his sons, Tod (Suzie) of Columbus, NE and Tim (Danelle) of Bloomington, IL.; his wife Betty; his grandchildren, Casey (Jolie), Connor, Joe, Josh and Lanie; his great grandchild Hadley; his siblings, Rev. Harlan Heier, Byron Heier (Barbara) and Twila Wiltse; and his siblings-in-law, George (Cindy), Ralph Jones (Gail), Carollyn Lebsock, Donna Petersen and Phyllis Spethman (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
