He is survived by : his wife Kerry Voss; his sons, Scott Otte of Lincoln and Brett Otte of Lincoln; and his siblings, Carol Griesch of Wayne, Gerald Otte (Marilyn) of Wayne and Merlin Otte (Marietta) of West Point.
