We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 78, Sharon Jeanette Hurd of Wayne, Nebraska, born in Clarinda, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Wesley and Annie Grace Marrs (Martin); her siblings, Joyce Smith, Clair Dunavan and Clarence "Buck" Marrs; and her daughter Roxanne Hurd Wimberly.

She is survived by : her husband Roy of Springfield, Missouri; her sons, Steven Hurd (Tracey) and Darin Hurd (Stacey); her brother Ronnie Marrs of Missouri; her grandchildren, Colby Wimberly, Annie Wimberly, Abigail Forester, Olivia Feise, Charlie Hurd, Bland Landers and Roxy Hurd; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ava, Evan, Emma, Finlee, Chloe, Ella Grace, Gabriel and Miles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge- Kansas City, 1120 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64105.
