He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Woodward and Irma Woodward (Isom); his wife Doris; and his brothers, Jimmy Woodward (Shirley) and Neyron Woodward.

He is survived by : his children, Donna Fredrickson (Gayle) of Sioux City, IA, Nancy Kelly of Concord and Harlan Woodward of Concord; and his sister-in-law Alice Woodward of Wayne. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandsons; numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Woodward Family for later designation.
