He was predeceased by : his parents, Myrle Cook and Earl Cook; his sister Jodi Rowden; and his brother-in-law Danny Weir. He is survived by : his close friend Kay Weir McAdams; his children, Jeff Cook (Tina), Case Thevenot (Tal) of Frisco, Mickie Rawson (Patrick) of Avoca and Todd McAdams (Karla) of Big Spring; his grandchildren, Jenna, Tyler Cook, Jaden, Brinkley McAdams, Patrick Rawson III, Logan, Chase Thevenot, Kason and Kylee Nix; and his brother Doug Cook (Betty) of Hurst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
