He is survived by : his children, Dennis Wade (Trish) of Omaha, NE, Joyce Smith (John) of Omaha, NE and Barbara DeHaven (Brett) of Lincoln, NE.; his grandchild Nineteen; and his brother Warren Wade (Diana). He is also survived by Three children and their spouses.
