He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Herzinger and Helen Herzinger (Pojar); and his brothers, Morelle, Sandy Herzinger and Donald Herzinger.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Randy Plummer), Dan Herzinger of Wisner, NE and Scott Herzinger of Beemer, NE; his grandchildren, Danny, Melanie Plummer, Alex Harris and Allyssa Bustillos; his children, Grayson, Miles Tim Plummer, Amanda Anderson, Harlan, Jewel Crystal, Mike Langham, Tatum, Hadley, Kailynn, Keegan, Carlee, Cayden Brandi and Nick Crippen; his grandchildren, Rhiley, Raylan and Roscoe; his brother Kenneth (Marion Herzinger); and his siblings-in-law, VerNelle Schlecht of Scottsbluff, NE, Janice Sindelar of Beemer, NE, Shirley Herzinger of Omaha, NE and Gerald. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church of Christ (916 Avenue F, Wisner, NE 68791).
