She was predeceased by : her parents, Libbie Kalina (Findeis) and Edward Kalina; her daughter-in-law Connie Michaelis; her grandson Kent Michaelis; her siblings, Arnold Kalina and JoAnn Kalina; her nephew Randy Kalina; and also Norman Michaelis.
She is survived by : her former life partner Norman Michaelis; her children, Gordon Michaelis, Dell Michaelis (Margaret) of Wymore, Roger Michaelis (Lynn White) of Pleasant Dale and Ginger Nicolaus (Todd) of Liberty, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Jeannie Thomas (Anthony), Darin Michaelis, Mark Michaelis (Maria), Kurt Michaelis (Ascha), Dawn Arkle (Dave), Dana Dorn (Jim), Dyan Allington (Jason), Dani Michaelis (Reese Beninghaus), Major Nicolaus and Sage Nicolaus. She is also survived by 21 Great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
Social distancing will be observed and masks are required at all services.
A memorial has been established to Our Savior's Lutheran Church with the funeral home in charge.
