He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Kujath and Doris Kujath (Simpson); his wife Barb; his brothers, Dale, David and Jim Kujath; his brothers-in-law, Victor Ackman, Michael Coates and Johnny McDonald; his nephew Brian Chab; his sister-in-law Virginia Gevara; his parents-in-law, Cecil McDonald and Lela Seitz (Lester); his friend Denny Walters; and his daughter-in-law Darcey Kujath.
He is survived by : his former life partner Barbara McDonald; his children, Melinda Bowman (Scott), Melissa Kujath, Michael Kujath and Mark Kujath; his siblings, Janice Ackman, Judy Schwisow, Peggy Coates, Johnny Kujath, Richard Kujath and Gary Kujath; his friend Diane Timmerman; and his pet Oscar. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice for future designation with the funeral home in charge.
