She was predeceased by : her parents, Delphin and Carrie Demeritt (Tobey); and her children, Peter G. Bailey, Rebecca A. Bailey, Daniel and David Bailey.
She is survived by : her children, Paul E. Bailey, Jr., Deborah Smith, Phillip A. Bailey, Mark A. Bailey, Joel T. Bailey and Timothy J. Bailey; and her siblings, Adele, James and Delphin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
