He was predeceased by : his father Vernon Harlow. He is survived by : his mother Michelle Gouette (Boyer); his wife Mariah Harlow (Troughton); his children, Cameron Harlow, Anastasia Harlow and Brianna Harlow; his siblings, Benjamin Brown, Bryce Harlow and Meghan Brown; and his grandfather Iuon Boyer. He is also survived by his wife, his mother, and siblings.
