He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Magistro and Anne Magistro (Fimiani); his former wife Betty Magistro; his son Christopher; and his brother-in-law Pat DiPietro.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Magistro; his sons, Brian Magistro, Patrick Magistro (Michelle) and Jason Magistro; his grandchildren, Brian Magistro and Mercedes Magistro; and his siblings, Cammy DiPietro, Patrick Magistro (Trisha), Annette Cafarella (Mike) and Grace McConaghy (Michael). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chadwick Funeral Home (235 Main St, New London, NH 03257).
