He was predeceased by: his aunts, Karen and Susan. He is survived by: his parents, Marlene Pulsifer (Skjervem) of Campton, NH and Jim Pulsifer; his daughters, Mariska Pulsifer and Emily Pulsifer; his sister Charissa; his nephew Cameron of Goffstown, NH; his brother Scott Mahon (Rachel); and his niece Fia of St. Paul, MN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up for his daughter's education and overall future.
