She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Blake; her son Wayne Robert Blake; her stepson Richard Blake; her parents, Nellie Westberg (Peterson) and Per Olof Westberg; and her siblings, Maryanne Michaelson (Westberg), Hilding Westberg, Walter Westberg, Art Westberg, Henning Westberg and Delwin Westberg.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Blake (Susan) of Campton, NH, Doug Blake of Palm Coast, Fla, Everett Blake (Debbie) of Trenton, Fla and Dale Boyd (Doug) of Franklin, NH; and her sister Jeanette Johnston (Cameron) of Moscow, Idaho.. She is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great- Grandchilden, nieces, nephews & cousins.
