She is survived by: her spouse Carmen Lee Kelch; her children, Gary Gifford (Nancy), Vickie Mullin (Mike), Linda Barrett (Matt), Cheri Andrews (Carl), Frank Gifford, Penny McMullen (Sam) and Randy Kelch; her grandchildren, Tonya, Melissa, Dee, Kaylea, Jaycee, Kristie, Jennifer, Candy, David, Sean, Heather, Jen, Casey, Breiana and Christopher; and her pet Sugar. She is also survived by her 11 great grandchildren, her 2 great great grandchildren.
The family shared a private celebration of life in her memory and no further services are scheduled at this time due to Covid-19.
