She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Hood and Ruth Hood (Pike); her former husbands, Rodney Smith and Fred Howe; and her children, Fred Howe, Jr., Timothy Howe, Ronald Howe of Post Mills, VT, Michael Howe of Briantree, VT, Patrick Howe of West Lebanon, NH, Carol Solimine of South Royalton, VT, Merna Blood of Woodstock, VT, Lorri Morse of Claremont, NH and Francine Shores of St. Johnsbury, VT. She was also cherished by twenty two grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
