He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Bartlett; his daughter Barbara Shear; and his sisters, Doris Walker, Marjorie LaPrad and Joyce Boucher.
He is survived by: his parent Gladys Bartlett (Perkins); his spouse Kathleen M. Blair; and his children, Deborah Rice of Chenango Forks, Carol Marcelletta of Rochester, Patricia Denton of Rochester and Stephen E. Bartlett of Hull, MA. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.
