It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Dana Pratt (Concord, New Hampshire), born in Peterborough, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 2, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patricia Pratt (Little) of Antrim and Benjamin Pratt (Diane Chauncey) of Antrim; and his siblings, Peter (Marsha) of North Bethesda, MD and Deborah Brown (Ted) of Antrim. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
