He is survived by: his children, Paige Averill, Grace Averill and Dylan Prescott; his significant other Pam Flamand; his siblings, Cindy Morgan, David Averill, Duncan Averill and Doug Averill; his mother Ann McCarthy; his friend Kevin Wright; and his father Eddie. He is also survived by grandparents, uncles, aunts, and friends.
