It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen E. O'Neil (Concord, New Hampshire), who passed away on August 29, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. O'Neil and Anne E. O'Neil (Chaisson). He is survived by: his siblings, James O'Neil (Linda) of Hampton, NH, Anne O'Neil of Sorrento, FL, Patricia O'Neil of Sorrento, FL and Timothy O'Neil (Linda) of Wakefield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
