Jinny passed away in the comfort of her home with her loving family at her side. She was born in Revere Mass., and grew up in Wellesley. She graduated from Burdett College in Boston. She and her loving husband, Reed, raised their family in Concord and spent summers in Meredith. Jinny loved to ski with her family and friends, She actively participated over 25 years in the Concord Ski Club and Concord Ski and Skate sale. Her favorite activities were bowling, bridge, gardening, CB radio, Eastern Stars and Rainbow Girls. Jinny is survived by her awesome husband Reed Stevens; four children, Bev Armentrout of Concord, Dorrie and Ray Perron of Chichester, Meredith Stevens and Paul Dorsey of Lebanon, Reed and Lisa Stevens of Concord; two grandchildren, Chris Perron of Tenn. and Mckenzie Stevens of Concord; three great grandchildren, Tianna Perron of Tenn., Joshua Perron of Tenn. and Faith Farley of Va.; three siblings Barbara Gleason, Geraldine and Bill Beall, Paul and Sue Smart. She is predeceased by her parents, Roger and Muriel Smart; five siblings Roger, Ronald, Brad, Wayne and Donna; one granddaughter Amber Armentrout. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, Aug. 26, at Kimball Jenkins Estate, 266 N. Main St., Concord from 1 to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Concord Regional VNA/Hospice or to a . Funeral Home Cremation Society of New Hampshire – Manchester.
