He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Salt (Moore) and Ralph Salt; his uncle Billy Morrison; his brother Robert Salt (Bob); his friend Bill; his granddaughter Micaela; his children, Dr. Bob Salt, Dr. Jim Salt, Katie Perkins and Lisa Lutts; his son-in-law Josh Perkins; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Josh, Emily, CJ and Chris. He was also cherished by many friends and relatives.
In later years, Lee developed Alzheimer's Disease and the final great ministry of Bill's life was his absolute love and devotion to Lee up to the day she died on March 10, 2016, 2 months before their 60th anniversary.
