He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Collins and Ethel Collins (Day); his wife Grace P. Collins; his granddaughter Tami Lee Watjen; his son-in-law Frank B. Kenerson Sr.; his sister Jeanette Maynard; his children, Carol A. Martin, Brenda Kenerson and Norman H. Collins; his children-in-law, Trisha Collins and Donald Martin; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Arnold. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the charity of one's choice.
