He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Paul League; his brother Senior Golf League; his children, William J. Hennigan of Woburn, MA, Colleen P. Pierce (James) of Derry, NH and Deirdre J. Doherty (John) of Plaistow, NH; his grandchildren, Sean, Colleen, Riley (Delaney Hennigan), Hannah (Mackenzie Pierce) and Sarah (Leah Doherty); his great grandchildren, Nico, Kylee Fonseca and Jasper Doherty Tremblay; his sisters, Barbara Meehan, Joanne Dussault (Mel) and Ann Fearing (Bob); his brother-in-law Ed Burke; his wife Margaret Hennigan (Latsko); his former wife Carol Hennigan (Fitzgerald); his grandson Jonathan Joseph Doherty; his stepson Richard Matz; his siblings, William, Paul Hennigan, Rosemary Evans (Robert), Patricia Carley (Emerson), Virginia Burke and Dorothy Rossetti (Buddy); his brother-in-law Mickey Meehan; and his close friend Genevieve Velt. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
