He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor J. Neirinckx and Edna M. Neirinckx (Hill); and his brother Arthur Neirinckx. He is survived by: his wife Julia Neirinckx (McGovern); his children, Denise Sacha (Dennis) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Sheila Sadler (Steven) of Billerica, MA, Victor of Bangor, ME, Deborah O'Connell (Jack) of Londonderry, NH and Jennifer Rene (Steve) of Derry, NH.; his grandchildren, Julia, Chris, Christopher, Michael, Victor, Thomas, Isabella, Kayla, Rachel, Jenna, Aaron, Ashley, Jadyn, Grayson, Callie and Harper; and his pet Daisy.
Due to State of NH guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks and encouraged to social distance.
