She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fay and Antoinette Fay (Bouvier); her husband Thomas; and her siblings, Helen Montminy, Lawrence Fay, Albert Fay and Maurice Fay.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Reed (James) of Newport, VT, Laura Hutchison (Mark) of Easton, MA, David Kukla (Heidi) of Concord and Thomas Kukla (Julie) of Deerfield; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Grant, Katherine, Brian, Kyle, Melissa, Jarad, Joshua, Tyler, Connor, Nicholas, Nathan, Christian and Chandler; her great grandchildren, Molly, Jackson, Everette and Norah; and her sisters, Pauline Motyl and Gloria Briand. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
