He was predeceased by : his parents, Laurence W. Caraway, Sr. and Hazel Caraway (MacMaster); his daughter Ladonna Register; his siblings, Wayne Caraway, Shirley Bassett and Thelma Nelson; and his grandson Peter Caraway.

He is survived by : his children, Michael Caraway (Michelle) of Pembroke, NH, Christina Hebert (Thomas) of Pembroke, NH and John Chapins (Jennifer) of Partlow, VA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Major General John Sullivan Masonic Lodge, 3 Pleasant St., Epping, NH 03042.
