She was predeceased by: her husband Donald F. Ballam; and her siblings, Virginia Smith and Walter Poland. She is survived by: her children, Ruth A. Freyer (Robert Freyer), Susan B. W. Abanor (Harold), Woolley, James G. Ballam (Lyn Ballam) and Thomas Alan Ballam (Marion Ballam); her grandchildren, Amy, Michael, Sarah, Evan, Warren, Eric, Laura and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Adin, Casey, Madison, David, Nico, Myles and Charles.
Memorial donations in Eunice's name may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, 1501 N.W. 9th Ave/Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136-1494.
