He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Margaret Small, Sr.; his mother-in-law Virginia Baillargeon; and his brother-in-law Peter Baillargeon. He is survived by: his son Charlie Jr.; his wife Michele; his son Charles Jr. (Jennifer) of Exeter, NH; his granddaughters, Kyra LaChapelle of Exeter, NH., Madison of Exeter, NH. and Isabella Small of Exeter, NH.; his siblings, James Small, Jr. of Tacoma, WA and Mary Louise Rickett of Gorham, ME; his father-in-law Joseph Baillargeon, Sr; and also, Joseph, Gloria Baillargeon, Jr., Mark, Liz Baillargeon, Roger and Barb Baillargeon (McEvoy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
