It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Morgenthau Jr. (Exeter, New Hampshire), who passed away on March 9, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morgenthau and Gladys Morgenthau (Benjamin); his wife Kathryn G. Morgenthau of Exeter; and his son John Morgenthau III of Tallahassee. He is survived by: his children, Linda Estes of Clifton Park, NY, Gregory Steven Morgenthau of Reidsville, NC and Alan Scribner Morgenthau of Hampton, NH. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 27 great-grand children.
