She was predeceased by: her sisters, Kathleen Corbly and Ann Rae; and her nephews, Robert Corbly and Mike Halliday. She is survived by: her friend Mary Francis Czajkowski (Mulherin); her spouse John Czajkowski (Ski); her children, Rosann Lampkin (Tom) of Chico, Wanda Wright (Tom) of South Portland, Teresa Stokes (Ed) of Wrentham, John W. Czajkowski Jr. of Portland, Joan Hart (Bruce) of Durham, Joseph Czajkowski (Jennifer) of Lansdale and Jayne Conley (Tom) of South Portland; her grandchildren, Malia Lampkin, Natalie, Jeffrey (Christa Borgman), Laura, Mikayla Czajkowki, Elena (Brent Rhodes), Madalyn, John Hart, Mackenzie, Jack, Camryn Czajkowski, Matthew Conley and Mary Conley; her great grandchild Olivia Rhodes; her siblings-in-law, Carol Czajkowski and Jim Rea; and also Navy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
