He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Burley and Berniece C. Burley (Swallers); his son Robert Burley III; and his pet Charlie. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Melendy of Exeter, NH; his daughters, Patricia Burley of Patten, ME and Cynthia Burley of Patten, ME; and his siblings, Kathy Johnson of Mooresville, IN., JoAnn Babcock of Elgin, OK., Debbie Jones of Palmdale, CA., Richard Burley of Brooklyn, NY and James Francis of Newhall, CA. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
