She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Galen and Doris Evelyn Reese (Broadstreet); her husband Henry "Hank" Sanders of Exeter; and her pet Alex. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Sanders (William Winters) of Great Barrington, MA and Russell Sanders (Teresa); her grandchildren, Henry of Cazenovia, NY, Sabra of Cazenovia, NY, Evelyn of Cazenovia, NY and Victoria of Cazenovia, NY; and her sister Judith Joynes (Albert) of Hampton, VA. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
