She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace K. Phillips; and her children, Kenneth Phillips, Brian Phillips, Barry Phillips and Sharon Fox.
She is survived by: her parents, George Jones and Amy Usher Whitten; her children, Gregory Phillips (Barbara), Gary Phillips (Linda), Stephen Phillips (Kathleen), Matthew Phillips (Cheryl), Pamela Marino and Nancy Lichtenwalner (Phillip); and her children-in-law, Diane Phillips, Alice MacDonald and John Fox. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
