He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman B. Aquizap Sr. and Ruth V. Aquizap (Fall); his wife Patricia Aquizap (Silver); his son Richard Aquizap; his brother Roman B. Aquizap Jr.; and his great-nephew Christopher S. Aquizap.
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria "Tori" Aquizap (Paul Duffy) of Hampton; and his grandsons, Samuel E. Labonte of Hampton, Kim Carey (Mark) of Litchfield, Scott Aquizap (Holly) of Laconia, Jan Philips (Carl Early), Jaime Aquizap (Lisa) of Concord and Rahn Aquizap of Ohio. He is also survived by grand nieces and nephews, great grand nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
