He is survived by: his daughters, Caitlin Demers, Sherry Prater and Michelle Greenwood Cross; his significant other Mari Hyatt; his siblings, Charles Cook (Rose), John Cook (Peggy), David Cook, Elaine Sarapiglia, Margaret Pajak, Judy Hargraves and Carolyn Rocha; and his grandchildren, Owen Demers and Amber Landeck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
