It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene B. Merchant (Hanover, New Hampshire), born in Inglewood, California, who passed away on May 9, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ernestine Gray Brown and Robert Everett Brown; her stepfather George E. Shellman; her spouse Thomas A. Merchant; her children, Thomas E., Robert C. (Jennifer), Burton A., John E. (Karen) and Donna M. Theriault (Mike); her grandchildren, Lucas, Connor, Hannah, Haley, Hopeful, Hunter, Harrison, Kylie, Matthew, Jax and Austin; her great grandchild Finn; her friend Sheri Williams; and her sister-in-law Kay Merchant.
In lieu of flowers, Marlene has asked for contributions to be made to Hanover Hill Health Care Center, ATTN: Activities Dept., 700 Hanover St., Manchester, NH 03104.
